I understand that life happens and delays can occur. However, arriving late impacts the entire schedule for the day. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I reserve the right to deny service to ensure fairness to all clients.
If your appointment is missed, canceled without notice, or you arrive too late to be accommodated, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged. No exceptions.
To help ensure a smooth experience, I strongly encourage arriving at least 10 minutes early. Please take time to familiarize yourself with the location and account for potential delays such as weather, traffic, and parking.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 7 days in advance, and your booking fee will be transferred to the new date. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your original booking email.
Please note: All booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee and a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance. No exceptions.
All hair service prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on hair length, density, and the time required to complete the service.
If your service is paid by credit/debit card or Zelle, I kindly ask that gratuity be provided in cash. Thank you for your understanding and support!

I am not liable for any hair color performed outside of my salon. However, I gladly welcome corrective color clientsfollowing an in-person consultation, during which a personalized service plan will be created and approved by the client.
Please note that corrective color often requires multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. Due to the unpredictability of at-home coloring products, I cannot guarantee color outcomes if your hair has been previously colored outside of the salon.
Redo requests will be considered at my discretion and must be submitted within 3 days of the original service.
